In the given paper is presented the results of researches of new direction in the sphere of Jung's Personality Typology. SOCIONICS RESEARCH AND CONSULTANTS Center develops the principles of the Jung's & Myers's Theory and made progress in fundamental type theory including:

• intensification of Typology to 256 variations of Psychological Types
• construction of Model describing Mental Processes in it foundation of Intertype Relation Concepts on the next levels: informative, social, psychological and physiological.

We developed new typologies: characters and kinds of loves; the models of groups activity optimization and social evolution.
Our Center provide socio-psychological technologies in the following spheres:

• upbringing of children and school education
• vocational guidance
• personal family consultation
• management consulting
• analysis and prospects of psychological situation in groups.

At present we have prepared to edit a book, where we have summarized our practical experience and inventions in this way.

We'd like to cooperate along this lines and we hope to share the experiences and information with specialists, who are doing research similar to ours.

We propose the following methods of work with people.

1. VISUAL DIAGNOSTICS

• ability in intensive 20-minutes interview-conversation to expose main features of a character and to give a business portrait of a persona, including 16 parameters ( analytical abilities, organizing qualities, will power, communicability, etc ).

2. MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

• forming of a strong team for a certain purposes: domination in a competition, elaboration of complicated creative problems, stable creative athmosphere will be quaranteed by the balance of different temperamental types;
• professional orientation and recommendations on differentiantive in 4 trends: administrations, scientific-research, humanitarian and social.

3. EDUCATION AND PROFESSION CHOICE

• making the study groups where the creative atmosphere is built through temperament balance;
• profession choice and argumented recomendation to differential education in the next directions: production and management, science and research, humanitarien problems and social service.

Mr. A. Ovcharov is the research assosiate of the Laboratory of Psychology of Masses and Organszations of Kiev Institute of Social and Political Psychology.

A. Ovcharov is making a study in definite fields of sociology (organszations, groups and personality) in Ukraine. He does research on the types and models of psychological and social structures, including practical developments and technologies in the sphere of management consulting.

Valentina Meged cooperates with our Centre for five years. During his service in Center she has been perfectly satisfactory. He is very skilled expert on problems of personality typology, family and love.
